looking at the most recent 10k for Lionsgate, they had litigation tide to Starz in 2016 and then a case filed against them in 2018. Nothing since. BTW, they have insurance against lawsuits that pay the majority of any adversarial award.

Hell, even oldie but goodie Bedrock must be at around $600,000 or more owed by HHSE at this point.

These are all "old," yet none of them have been dismissed.
