Worst in Customer Service when it comes to trading questions. I probably will now that I know others get it as well.
I’ve always found asking any discount online trading platform a ?, it turns into a learning curve for the guy on the other end of the call. Even when they punch you up to the actual trading floor, it’s like they never get simple questions.
