I go with option 2. There is nothing to buy, and nobody to buy it from.

If you are all so sure that MCET is worth BILLIONS I don't understand why you don't get together, get a second mortgage on your houses and buy MCET yourselves?

It wouldn't cost that much, less than a million for sure, even less in a couple of weeks.
