Are we into violation of long standing USA ADA Act? 80 year old CEO as well? Is not legal to detract for covered individuals here as everywhere

The ADA prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in employment, State and local government, public accommodations, commercial facilities, transportation, and telecommunications. It also applies to the United States Congress - not investors and message board posters.

I love how there is great concern about strict legal compliance except when it comes to Mexus following any rule or guidelines.

But thankfully Mexus strictly adheres to the test mining exemption regulations and been consistent in never posting any gold sales as revenue in their financials (except for 2012 & 2013). Ooops.
