But before a r/s .they need to pump the pps to 25 to 50 cents

They have no choice but to do a RS. They can’t go to NYSE with a billion maxed A/S. But, they after they get PPS up to around .50+ a simple 1:10 could do it. That would give them 100 mil A/S at 5:00 a share. That’s a 500 mill market share, completely doable after all the acquisitions, assets, contracts, patents, and IP’s are considered.
