people are to stupid to understand it would be for future acquisitions mainly so a company does a R/M the private company would become part of puge and the people that owned the private company would get either restricted commons or preferred shares that could years from when it took place converted in to commons shares so they'd have to have the A/S bigger before hand but most don't understand how the stock market works
