Maybe they diluted so they can let George get the company on the 30th and they know full well that their share prices will skyrocket under Sharp doing a reverse merger. “Everything is not what it appears...”
It makes zero sense for any shareholder to contest a GS custodianship as the stock will go up 20-100 fold under Sharp and if old management keeps the company, the stock just falls back to near zero levels.
Why would anyone holding tens of millions of shares NOT WANT their share prices to go up 1,000%-10,000%???
Makes no sense to NOT let GS have the company and get mega-wealthy!! imho
