No, the betas were planned for 57 units to be manufactured in March, and pre-production units to start rolling out in June. The pre-production models are the final step before production. The betas are for things like crash testing, durability testing, validation of key things like ownership cost, etc. I hope the negative press is just a short play but I’m not feeling good about the timeline at the moment with how slow the production of the betas has been, the lack of any news or status updates on the progress with the factory, the crash testing, not seeing spy shots of any of these on the road, etc etc.
