Dia, that is "pro hac vice". Think of "vice versa" same thing. phv means For This Time or For This Instance, so vv means instance reversed, so you get it, Latin is work, I took two years of it in high school, but have tried to maintain it since (57 years ago). If languages are your hobby, you just eat them up. If not, it's a grind for you, I hope it is not a grind for you. "Pro" takes the ablative case in its object. The ablative case is used in the Ablative Absolute (e.g., "vice versa") in Latin corresponding to the Accusative Absolute in German, corresponding to the Nominative Absolute in English !!! Is that fun or what?
