Correct. We got smoked on the sale of the 36 million shares.
Does anyone know if these share sales were restricted in any way or subject to lock up agreements? Not that this would have prevented massive amounts of share sales associated with hedging, collaring or other short type activity connected with the buyers of the 36MM shares...but it would speak to the quality of the IBank that may have assisted the Company in such stock sales. It's hard for me to see a scenario where the Company did not work with an IBank in this activity.
