As far as I understand from reading (Im not with the SEC) buying of ANY CE designated stock is completely off the table as of May 24th open


It cant be bought by retail....so if your trying to sell you'll have to be lucky and get bought by a Broker/Dealer


Everything goes back to normal trading "IF" the stock regains compliance and trades on the PINK Market again
