Go get a Lawyer, Mills is right regarding the written agreement with Xu, If you think Mills lied to you as you tell your sided view of reality IMO that will be every hard to prove in court. If there is written document signed by both parties then be it. These issues will take long long time to resolve in court unless one of the parties quit... in the meantime ACCR pps will go to the drain. Reasons like health or mental issues etc are not an excuse to reverse a business contract. Xu will win at the very end he knows it.

But anyways, it's a weird thing going on right now on this thread. We all made comments about your flip flopping and all sorts of nonsense from you, however, since you started dealing with the phony Xu-xanaxu scam crew, all the xu people have come on the board and twit and are attacking you in a different way. It's the lawyer and his minions accusing you of not going along with vapor xu and how you're a moron for not doing it. This is a very different frontal attack than anything we regulars have done. They are trying to publicly disgrace you corporate wise and it's clearly a ploy to shut you up and make you give up.

And I feel like ' Hey, he's our beloved goofy principal to rag on and you guys want to take his company by any means.' I'm not trying to make amends at all because I don't regret anything I've commented to the board about you or your actions. But what I'm seeing from the crew is not right or fair.

Also, depending on what kind of stock they issued to themselves, if that truly can be legal at this time, You can bet your car they gave themselves instant voting control. I believe they knowingly took advantage of a troubled individual and hopefully there's laws that will come into play to turn this around.
