Agreed and I called him back... indicated 30 Calender days... we have reached that threshold. It might be an error internally because they might delay a PR due to that misinterpretation. No news from the FDA is good news. Thanks for that rebuttal.

He did say that he would suggest to them an 8k.

Yes- the fact no PR of "FDA has requested more info" blah blah = they are "in the 30 calendar day cycle" is my guess.

AND as stated - they must be SUPER CAREFUL not to "tip" the FDA approval until the INSTANT the PR is issued- as it's crystal clear to me these dudes are BY THE BOOK and no Twitter BS or OTC hype-n-promote. I think they have MUCH bigger plans here and are not going to blow this gig - like maybe NASDAQ one day, etc !

Which means again (figure the April 13th PR they transmitted last PRE-IND conference requested info and FDA received it say April 15th for spit-balling) then it can literally be next week on Mon, Tues or near end of week.

IF the 30 days expires it's BY DEFAULT "IND APPROVED" and they will PR IT and we go ballistic - and then they can DISTRIBUTE PRODUCT TO MD's working under the IND protocol and/or IRB review board protocol and treat people and conduct clinical trials, etc.

AS THE NEW CEO said in their big initial IND PR, "IT WILL GIVE US TREMENDOUS ADDITIONAL CREDIBILITY TO MARKET WORLD-WIDE VIA MERELY HAVING PASSED THE FDA IND REVIEW PROCESS" blah blah and he is 100% correct !!!

We are GOLDEN HERE FOLKS - ULTRA low floater with a stellar share structure and a merger that over night put sleepy lil QNTA in over Qty-40 nations and with a IND hot off the grill and word "FDA" about to appear in a PR and a SEC filing with new combined sales numbers and cost cutting of combined entities per new CEO and and an entire new "Medical team" and Sr Mgt with some big hitter credentials - this is the biggest no brainer OTC PLAY in a looong time IMO !!
