Based on history SEC has never really stepped up to the plate...only time they take action is when they can catch a minnow like "martha stewart"...remember that one....& I'm not even sure that was the SEC

I have 7k share invested at 13$ share back in January. Criminal what they are doing. I’m holding and buying for free market. Closing 14 would be awesome just like our 801 battle. I doubt the HF are going to let it close at 14 and 13 is what we are going to have to fight for
