Hong outlined Micron's position as slightly less exposure but weaker than SK's was. Maybe there has been some contact. If not we should hear soon that Micron does what? Counter sues or?
Anybody know how long the defendant has to respond to a law suit once filed in court. They can't leave the court hanging.
