10% of 303 mil is 30,300,000 mil

1 bil divided by 303 mil is .303

Where the MM's go stand, one being @ 25 cents b/c of a smaller note w/ the more of the notes roughly being .30 to .35

1 MM @ .25, 2 @ .35 w/ 1 or 2 MM's much higher as they see it moving up is what we have already experienced

1 bil divided by 303 mil is 3.30ish
