And why the hell should the ratio be 150 to 1?
Never ever heard about such a wierd ratio.
Last time you said you would buy more if it dropped to 16s.Now it's15s or 16s....hmmmm, sounds like a lot of BS to me.....unless it's a clear agenda behind.. . .

A company wouldn't make a statement about multple acquisitions in the range 5-50 million in revenue, if they didn't think they could get the funding for it. Plus they said they could get the funding for it to scale up quicker.
Based on the size of 50 million for one, that would be quite a bit a raising capital and a larger pull of investors needed, hence a larger OS aand hence a smaller RS at some point.

And no, an RS will NOT hurt shareholders, as a higher pps will make the stock more attractive, as YOU have previously said yourself, lol.
