it looks like the % numbers have changed. but that does not include that the merger will not take place. opposite imo. they are working the details out still and waiting on the SEC to approve.. I am confident it will happen, but I have no idea when. I guess the company does not know either, because they are waiting for the SEC - and that can take time.
