#B026457- Formerly: Bioamber: You could benefit from reading but you have not done so up to this point. Why bother posting if you're not going to read the legal documents pertaining to the process? If you truly believe the garbage you post, then you had an opportunity to petition the court during these proceedings, there was an open window for everyone to have their say. Why did you not take it when the court offered it? Big mistake on your part. That window has closed. What's left for you is Wikipedia, surprisingly quite accurate.

Why would PWC delete anything ? The Judge has not even finished signing off on the civil case. How can PWC close out anything when everything isn’t even known and or resolved . Good thing everything they don’t want people to see has already been archived for review later . No hiding anything. The shareholders through a giant escalade wrench in the PWC machinations of BIOAQ . I am sure things will work out fairly . This is a legal process which means that PWC will have to behave Or pay the consequences. I am sure with so many experts involved everything will be discovered if it hasn’t already. 4.3 million was a huge red flag. Lots of ears and eyes didn’t comprehend the exact transaction that had transpired. Big difference between liquidation and restructuring. The facts are all that is needed to see there is much more involved than liquidation for pennies on the dollar . I am sure the shares that are in question still have value and play an interesting role in the finalization of these proceedings . Why else would they not have been cancelled ?
