I do not believe for one second that yesterday’s OS was anywhere near what was in the 10Q. The OS turned over 5 times. The OS figure included in the 10Q was as of May 11.
It looks like 10’s of millions of shares were dumped into the market yesterday. With that volume, the stock should’ve closed up at least 100%.
All in my opinion of course.
It is not uncommon of companies to time a press release around dilution.
Save your nonsense rah rah posts for the sick lame and lazy. We all know what’s going on here. Some learned to late, but now everybody knows. We won’t be trading in Reliable Globus again. Although we would buy the shell.
