HH, I believe a BO has to happen before revenues appear. NP doesn't know how to organize priorities so that PO's can be aquired. He's constantly changing course. After Sun night nothing from the Philippines. He said they were going to file for EUA, do you believe they did? I don't because they don't know how. No EUA, no revenues.
