yes there is a lot of competition in te markets BLDP sells into.
this now forms the second major fuel cell player entering the "mobility" market in a month (PLUG partnership with BAE Systems is the other and potentially more important one to watch along with their Lightening motors/Amazon deal).
Ballard seems to have problems with follow on orders following successful trials. Not sure what their strategy to address that is especially in the US market. The Fuel cell powered electric transmission is a lot more than just a fuel cell and converter.
I expect to see many more partnerships hopefully some with Ballard during the next year.
