I agree with you on the name change to Schwazze, John. That would be nice. Drop the former AW name and stop the dba/LLC shells when possible. They have already answered this with some discussion previously as to State/County/City licenses, exchanges, permits, and such. Notice that all employees are brought on by 2J'LLC? I think they have a myriad of places to keep expenses compartmented until the feds do or don't act and as such walk a fine line with extremely sophisticated tax advice to keep them lawful and as profitable as they may wish as to why it is what it is --for now!
At some point perhaps signage, stationary, business cards, and, Christmas card stock will all enjoy reduced costs with fewer letters and become that incentive for change. Personally, I'd prefer Starbuds for the whole shooting match. Till then, as told, we are many things within a house.
