Uh- because in these UNITED STATE ALL civil and criminal court proceedings are PUBLIC ACCESS and PUBLIC INFORMATION except in certain select court matters such a minor is involved and certain select crimes such as rape, certain domestic matters etc where they may be put under "seal" by the judge and court.
Easier to find than ripping open a bag of chips :)
We know where he lives and where they do business - which gives the likely court "jurisdiction" and a simple search of their incorporation filings gives that info - easier than following bread crumbs to my local duck pond LOL !
This is not complicated stuff :)
