Please continue my shares in the new corporate entity and as follows:

For each of my common shares of PRPM, please issue 10,000 preferred shares of the new corporation in addition.

Please make the conversion rate 1 preferred share:1 common share and convertible at any time following the completion and new registration(so long as everything is 100% legal.)
