Company has an O/S being traded today. That O/S is equity ownership of the company.

The notion that a company that has $300M in assets has suddenly decided to latch onto a dead, non-reporting stinky pink shell is a bit unbelievable. That it just tossed 3 reports onto OTC markets with zero discussion touting that $300+M of assets is, to be kind, suspicious.
