MY WAG IS CITADEL IS ASS DEEP HERE and bit off more than they can chew or NOW SWALLOW.

And the FEDS/PPT are trying their dead level best to help them out of the JAM they are in !!!!!!!

And I believe there are LOTS OF OTHER THINGS going on behind the CURTAIN concerning CITADEL as well.......................TO AIDE IN PROPPING THEM UP and keep them from going down !!!!!!!!!!!!
