YEP, and probably has a lot to do with restricted trading by brokerage firms. I would say once trading SFIO is initiated by these firms, you will see a big difference in price, preferably (Green). I think the momentum ran out with the firms that have been allowing trading. Also, I think a majority of shareholders are holding until more trading Volume. I see Good coming.
