$24M is good if alfasigma take it through to approval. When's the first cash milestone due to IPIX from this deal? What a 'headache' it must be to wait to collect $24M.

Not even close. More typical would be 20-25% royalty plus a supply agreement of COGS plus 5 to 10%.

There was clearly no competing interest for this deal.
