Legit companies with good share structure and no dilution and convertible debt are the ones to focus on on the OTC, especially as you said ones that have low market caps

And to add some speculation, for TNN, remember Andrew Flynn who is a Director of MVNT has reference to TNN right on his linkedin profile in the "Featured section"

Also, and this could be a stretch, but Andrew use to work at Greenlogic Lighting & Electric, which MVNT has lighting systems as something they can do and Greenlogic Lighting & Electric website is currently under construction. Could be nothing, but MVNT got into lighting systems and construction somewhere.
