It's not rehashed news... if you've been paying attention EVERY time a PR is sent with good news of steady and stable progress (not fireworks or stripper parties), the stock goes down about 6%. That's a controlled stock, not a stock reacting to real or perceived market value. Just sit tight and pay attention.
