I agree fully, I started full time in the oil/gas fields in Alberta in 1991, then Louisiana and Texas in 2009-2020. I have never seen or heard of an oil company doing this, it is an absolute no-brainer to cut out the contractor services and keep everything in house...the $$$ they will save. This company is going to take off AND I am so excited to be a part of it!! If MMs would walk away we would be in much better shape but patience will pay IMO.
