Unfortunately, I don't see the connection with Lawrence Wang being current since the Yahoo corporate profile is the same as the OTC Markets Corporate Profile from 2016. Lawrence Wang was the old President of DRGV.

Unless of course Lawrence Wang wants to buy his old company back? But. if that was the case why wouldn't he contest custodianship?

Frankly, I think it is a different Lawrence Wang, but I don't have the time to prove that.
