Now lets be fair, ok.

Grieco has forged all the ties between pctl and the Uk-NHS, Oil and Gas contacts, and now agriculture, all potential sources of humongous revenues if anything gets signed. Who do you think made those contacts?

I'm not a fan of Grieco as the public face of this company and I certainly hold him responsible for mismanaging the 2020 revenue projections and the OTCQB fiasco, so I'm not giving him a full pass. But Jeez, lets be fair here.

I hope that news of some new blood in top management would really jolt the share price. We'll see if Rosen follows through on his Tweet comments about the need for a new COO and CFO
