Oh, and by the way, when I was at Schwab we bought Cybercorp out of Texas to use as our active trader platform for between $300-$350 million so if this platform is what everyone states it is then we probably have at least a $200 million asset here depending on who the bidders will be.

If this gaps I will be very surprised.. The buying here has been very strong, but gapping of a sub is difficult...

Although If any sub can do it INXR is the one.. :)
