There are some ways to buy with decentralized crypto exchange apps. Basically you can trade anything on those apps if someone has FTC for sale. Google that term. One that I use is Block DX, not sure if FTC is on there.
Only USA online exchange I know of is Bittrex. I would be looking for an out of state address and run through a VPN to get bittrex access.
