I may be wrong, but once an out of court settlement is agreed upon the judge dismisses the case. Or am I missing something? Anyhow, I did grab a few cheapies(?).
Some are suggesting next week will be a great week for NLST... others suggesting the next 30 days... not sure what they are talking about... anybody have insight on what the near term could hold?
