Right. After the 1:2000 R/S, management issued themselves a ton of restricted shares. I imagine some of the unrestricteds will show in the DTC count eventually. But even 14M will be seen as a low share count to warrant playing, I imagine.

It's the $50M market cap that makes me chuckle. :-)
