Things are moving and defining the ADR process as formally active is far above me! I just read some filings and both sides are going back and forth.

Koh has not provided any formal action to stop the ADR. A continuation of court case schedules would have officially ended the ADR, but this has not been administered. Waiting game being played out again, but the outcome will tell us where we stand. Right now, no news is good news.
