agreed ... and then we can hope the sparkler is the fuse for the nuclear explosion ... provided its not a 7 year long sparkler like skeptic believes!

I posted several months ago that I sent myself an e-mail so it would be time/date stamped of what I felt would occur with "what" and the "when" with this ruling. So far, my "opinions" have been spot on. As always I wish they were wrong, but history has a way of repeating itself.

If I remember correctly this needs to happen by June 9. Under 30 days now. We can start a countdown. After nearly a decade of waiting(for me) there is light at the end of the tunnel as far as a decision. Win or Lose - it's near.

Serious question here anyone... Can SCOTUS just decide not to rule at this point? That would allow the previous ruling to stand but really more the question of can they just decide not to rule at this point now that they heard the arguments.
