Oh wow So how fast does the news usually take to hit the market? and do you think it's good or bad? i was brain storming earlier and created a Scenario in my mind about Quantix Golf and InCapta here it is,
A thought Came to mind, Just a thought, question how will InCapta pay for Quantix Golf? This is just a Scenario, I heard the last Radio interview with GREG AND EAN Martin,and what I heard both of them say is they don't believe in reverse splits, well it sounded very convincing to say the least and both of them answered the question twice and they gave the same answer, well the answer that I heard to be specific was "we don't see a reverse split any time in the near future, then they were asked again and they said "no reverse split, they were also asked, if they acquired Quantix golf, would Quantix have their own stock and the answer wasn't clear, so remember they said no RS IN THE future
but what if they acquire Quantix golf and being that Qauntix has huge revenue income, what if Quantix gobbles up INCapta during the transition, INCapta reverse merges into Quantix golf and creates one ticker for ALL Companies,can they put all Companies under one umbrella with a ticker symbol change for all companies? and then if that happens instead of calling it a reverse split, it would be a reverse merger,then would we have to accept shares from the new created Co and that Co would give as an example 1 share of the new Co for 500 shares of INCT, so technically the CEO tried to smooth a RS over trying to make the reverse merger legit TO SHARE HOLDERS hoping we would be happy with that? I'm just asking?
