DB, it isn't angst over the pps it is angst over the lack of news. We have been hearing that there would be a Waco filing for a month now with no news. We thought it would come after the ADR was completed but here we are still waiting. Its bad enough when defendants delay the process. it is totally unacceptable when our company is responsible for the delay.
