Right, and it's nice to confirm that RB Capital hasn't cashed in any of their convertible shares. I believed Brett when he said they hadn't sold any after the 180 day period, but always nice to see it in writing.
It also looks good to see that a lot of older outstanding debt was exchanged for shares. Given that all that conversion of old debt into shares is already past means none of it should impact the share price moving forward.
All in all nothing substantial to report that I saw, good or bad, which is just fine by me
