To answer your question...the company was reinstated after hours on Friday, and news from the online community has been talking about it since.
I've only been in stocks from late January, but from the research I've done on this stock, on George Sharp, the comments on here and other places, suggestions from friends of friends, and the history behind George's business actions...getting in now is the best thing to do before the price goes up exponentially.
