End of next week. I'm assuming they will request an extension again. Q1 10Q doesn't mean much to me since no financials for Aria facility will be in there anyway. I'm waiting for the massive PR of deal being closed at the end of May which hopefully includes Q1 billouts.

Probably a 50/50 chance for an extension on Q1. The first big milestone will be to have CFGN sell the rest of its stocks. Then we can move up 20 ticks easily.
