No doubt in my mind, were a few of the hold outs from the cross over, the rest lost their money when they panic sold, gonna start going up soon once TOC is over and the chains are off, gonna watch this Chinese money laundering machine make me lots of profit. :) Anyone that doubts Wei is gonna do anything but legit business with this will be left chasing IMO. All those panic sellers going to be tears in the beers lol.
