They are intent on clawing back any asset transfers and proceeds thereof that Fred did one year before BK. So look for demands on his kids for either the stock or the proceeds from the sale of that stock. Obviously, not just stock, look at Fred's asset listing from the divorce, he had a few cars, etc. that just disappeared in the bk.
