Apparently for some unknown reason it does. It shouldn't have to be should it? Right in the filings under DIRECTOR COMPENSATION. He receives ZERO compensation. He doesn't REPRESENT the company although being on the board. He has his own projects that Tautachrome is not tied too.


So NOTHING needs to be spelled out. He has zero influence. Everyone knows this. He has never talked for or even regarding ARknet whenever he has talked on the KlickZie ARknet Founders Group Board, other than talking about his own Akyumen phones. When the Announcement was made in Gary Indiana, was ARknet mentioned in any way?
