Six million $ can actually be worth more than 6M. In my thinking that money could leverage a lot of work getting started. If they could get construction of some aspects underway for 50% down (equivalent to $12M in this scenario), and payment of the balance down the road, a lot could get accomplished. This gives them the next several months, if needed, for financing to be completed. Whatever the scenario, and as you’ve mentioned before, Scott has the plan.
Hopefully soon, we will have additional news for drilling, final engineering, site work prep, etc.

I agree Boilermaker...& Bingo IMO! What's the deal with this PPS? The Share Price has gone up with less or no news IMO. I have to wonder if it's being slightly manipulated. The "Big Picture", of course...and all that matters is the future success of NioCorp...and how that will inevitably help its Loyal Shareholder Base with an excellent ROI.
