Don’t know what your point is. CEO filed to not be SEC reporting after Sharp petitioned for custodianship. Is that supposed to be good for shareholders? Doesn’t change the fact that he hasn’t filed a single financial report in 3 years. Being a non SEC report decreases transparency for shareholders. LOL
